Meet the Presenters:
Jian “Jason” Lin is News Director of Wall Street Multimedia. He produces and hosts WSM’s shows, including CEO Interviews, US Stock Daily/Weekly Recap, etc. from both Nasdaq and NYSE. He focuses on providing the latest business information, investigating corporate financial news, as well as connecting investors between China and the U.S.
Jian made the Forbes China 30 Under 30 list in 2019. In the past three years, he interviewed many entrepreneurs and finance gurus in his show, including Vice President of New Listings & Capital Markets of Nasdaq, Joseph Brantuk; Head of International Capital Markets at the NYSE, Alex Ibrahim; Former Financial Secretary of Hong Kong, Antony Leung; Founder/CEO of Nio Inc., William Li, CEO of Bilibili, Rui Chen, etc. He graduated from Communication University of China, and he got his master’s degree from NYU, majoring in Public Relations and Corporate Communication.
Melanie Chen is a partner at UHY LLP in the New York City office and head of the China Group. Under her leadership, UHY has become the leading accounting firm in providing integrated accounting, tax and business solutions to Chinese companies going public and making investments in the United States. Melanie’s areas of specialization include providing tax, accounting and financing consulting to multinational companies doing cross-border investments between China and the U.S. She has broad resources and two decades of experience in advising Chinese companies accessing the US markets.
Melanie is a CPA in the state of California, a licensed attorney in the state of New York and attorney qualification in China. She received her Bachelor and Master of Law degrees from Peking University and Master of Law from Harvard Law School. She currently is a member of the Management Committee of UHY Advisors NY, Inc., and formerly served on the board of directors of UHY International Inc.

Edric Yi Guo （郭易）, head of investment banking at Univest Securities, LLC. Mr. Guo has years of experiences in capital market operation, finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently managing member of Univest Securities, a NYC based full service investment, where he lead various financing transactions including initial public offerings, follow-on, and private placement. Edric has a unique exposure in both the North American and Asia Pacific capital market. He currently holds FINRA Series 4,7,24,66,79 with double undergraduate degree in
finance and real estate from the University of British Columbia. Prior to Univest, he also worked with Warner Technology Investment, Buckman, Buckman & Reid.
